Project Champion

Project Champion is a high rise office tower positioned in the heart of Hugh’s Landing Development located in The Woodlands, TX.  The water features are design for a common space, an area active with people coming and going.  The water features consist of two raised basin structures each with 5, stainless steel sconces positioned within the water feature basin.  The effect when the fountain is in operation, water weirs into each of the voids created by the stainless steel sconces.  An LED light is positioned in the center of each on the sconces to create a visual ever changing array of color as water pours into the cans from 360 degrees.

Scope of work: Design Build providing both engineering design & construction. Our construction scope included providing and installing all fountain MEP, pumps, controls, treatment systems, water proofing and concrete equipment vault.
