Project Description

The Southwestern Energy Campus is located on Interstate 45 in Spring, TX. Situated on the north end of the campus in a large greenspace area are two large granite clad water walls measuring 50’ long x 12’ tall. Both walls fall water to a common basin and recirculate creating a massive display of white water and sound. All pumps, controls and treatment systems are situated in a large precast concrete equipment vault. The water feature controls are tied back to the main building management system for monitoring and on/off operation.

Scope of work: GPSI provided Design Build services of both MEP engineering design & construction. Our construction scope included installation of all fountain MEP, pumps, controls, treatment systems and concrete equipment vault.
