Energy Center II, IV & V are 3 high rise office towers located within the energy corridor of Houston Texas.  On campus are several varied architectural water features along with large detention basins that also include water feature elements. To make use of the formal detention basins, water features were incorporated to create both visual displays of water but also to serve as a water quality tool through recirculation.  There are large equipment vaults that house pumps, controls and treatment systems for each of the 3 buildings and their associated features.

Scope of work: Design Build services providing both engineering design & construction. Our construction scope included providing and installing all fountain MEP, pumps, controls, lighting, treatment systems, water proofing and equipment vaults.

Jeff,
Working with your team on multiple fountains on three projects for Energy Center Campus was a great experience from design, resource planning and execution of construction work. Your guys took ownership of their scope of work and delivered the result. I especially want to thank Robert Meeks (your superintendent) for great job. He was always proactive in bringing issues so that we can handle them without impacting schedule or cost. I will highly recommend GPSI for future projects to our clients. Thank you!
