This residential development, located in Allen, Texas, has a unique water feature display. The feature gives the illusion that the water is flowing through the use of one system. However, there are two separate features in operation. First there is an upper basin containing three illuminated cascade jets that circulate treated water. The water source comes from dedicated pumps and a treatment system that maintains water quality. Second, a 58’ wide water curtain is created by water falling 7 feet into the lower pond. With this feature there is an illusion that this is all one feature, upper basin connected with the basin via the water curtain when indeed it is two different systems. All pumps, controls, treatment systems are set in a in-ground concrete vault with dedicated pumps for each system.
